Responsibilities As a Management Trainee you will: Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also acting as an operational expert behind the scenes. Master the knowledge and skills required to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop a team. Get guidance, mentoring and support to succeed. Build relationships in the community essential to building your own business. Excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations and put customers first. Qualifications Requirements include: Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree. Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years. No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past five years. Minimum one year of experience (within the last five years) in one of the following areas: Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential. Customer service in a sales industry (e.g. retail, restaurant, hospitality). Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team. Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations. Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work authorization sponsorship.
