Plant Supervisor – Southern PERU AREA, NY Position Type: Full-Time – First Shift. Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience. Work Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM. About the Opportunity: An established manufacturing and distribution facility seeks a hands‑on Plant Leader to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production scheduling, staff priorities, and inventory levels. Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety walks, and lead daily team meetings. Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and receiving logistics. Recruit, train, coach, and manage hourly personnel, including payroll submission. Wear steel‑toe shoes and manually lift up to 40 lbs. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of production or operations leadership experience. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent hands‑on work experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Minimum 3 years of experience; Manager experience level.
