Salary: $85,000 – $100,000

What You'll Do

• Prepare estimates and bids for public and private construction projects.• Review plans, specifications, site conditions, and proposal documents.• Perform quantity takeoffs and determine labor, equipment, and material requirements.• Meet with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.• Provide project management support for awarded contracts.• Coordinate project schedules, procurement activities, and change orders.• Support field operations and collaborate with superintendents.• Monitor project performance, costs, and production activities.• Review and process billings, subcontractor payments, and collections.• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.• Ability to provide and maintain required licensure, medical card, and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HCSS software.• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.• Ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies, clients, and community leaders.

Ideal Candidate

• Heavy civil construction estimating experience.• Experience preparing bids, takeoffs, and cost estimates.• Comfortable managing awarded projects from preconstruction through completion.• Knowledge of public works, earthwork, grading, excavation, utility, road, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
