Our industry-leading High Performance Coaching company is expanding our global team of exceptional coaches. We work 1:1 with high-level clientele to help them reach new levels of clarity, purpose, engagement, and fulfillment in their careers, health and energy, relationships, and personal freedom.

Our clients include Fortune 500 CEOs, NASA scientists, Grammy Award-winning artists, Olympic and professional athletes, and more.

This role represents one of the most elite and results-driven curriculums in the coaching industry today.

If you are a professional, experienced coach delivering 1:1 performance coaching in elite or business settings, and you are looking to join a high-caliber team that changes lives daily, this is the position for you.

This is a serious W-2 coaching role where, upon completion of initial training, you will be entrusted with several of our international clients. There is no marketing or selling required, your focus will be solely on coaching clients that have been provided to you toward excellence in mindset, habits, and goal achievement. You are paid by session completed and control your own schedule.

This is a part time, or fulltime, remote position, with all coaching sessions conducted over the phone.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of formal 1:1 coaching experience delivering performance or mindset coaching in a professional setting
• Availability Monday through Friday and can coach a minimum of 15 sessions weekly (20-22 hours) (Having Fulltime availability is ideal but not required)
• Coaching certification preferred, but not required
• Positive Psychology certification preferred, but not required
