Supervise and develop production supervisors, leads, and hourly staff. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives. Monitor production schedules and labor utilization. Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams. Improve KPI performance related to safety, quality, scrap, throughput, and OEE. Manage staffing, training, coaching, and performance development. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities. Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
