Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desired
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to tailor therapy interventions to meet individual student needs
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the IEP team
• Deliver direct therapy services as well as consultative support to staff and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and accommodations
• Support classroom staff with strategies, adaptive equipment, and modifications to promote occupational success
