The ideal candidate will have experience operating and monitoring industrial manufacturing equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely. Maintain strong attention to detail and perform quality control checks to identify contamination and material defects. Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to resolve minor equipment issues. Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while meeting production goals. Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed. Maintain dependable attendance and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Keep accurate records and perform basic math calculations related to production. Operate forklifts safely (forklift experience or certification required).
