Customer Service Representative *Location:* Nashville, TN (On-Site)
*Employment Type:* Contract-to-Hire (4 Months)
*Pay Rate:* $19.00/hour
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)
*No Weekends Required*
Position Overview We are seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced customer support team in Nashville, TN. This role combines customer-facing service, administrative support, data entry, and phone-based customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-volume environment while providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy multitasking, working collaboratively with a close-knit team, and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming customer calls
* Assist walk-in customers with questions and service needs
* Process payments and customer transactions
* Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
* Create and maintain customer records
* Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
* Review pricing and delivery information
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience
* 1-2 years of data entry experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to talk with customers while accurately entering information into systems
* Typing speed of 35-40 WPM or higher
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
* Automotive industry experience
* Dealership experience
* Vehicle title processing experience
* Experience working in high-volume customer service environments
