Engineer

Job Summary: The Engineer I provides administrative and operational support to the engineering team, ensuring smooth coordination of documentation, procurement processes, and project tracking. This role involves managing records, assisting with purchase orders, and supporting compliance with company standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Administrative Support: Maintain and organize engineering documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and project files. Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers. Procurement & Purchase Orders: Assist in the creation and submission of Shopping Carts, review of purchase order documents for engineering-related materials and services. Procurement & Purchase Orders: Monitor the status of POs to ensure timely approvals and delivery of goods/services. Procurement & Purchase Orders: Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or delays in procurement. Data & Reporting: Compile and update engineering metrics, cost reports, and inventory records. Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with engineering terminology and processes is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
