Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Shift Name: Days
• Average Patient Load: 8-10 patients for 5 days of 8-hour shifts and 12-14 patients for 4 days of 10-hour shifts
• Orientation: 1-2 days
• Floating: May require floating to other facilities
