The Cheney Insurance Agency in Issaquah, WA is hiring Insurance Sales Producers to join our growing team!

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000+ per year

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $70,000+ in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful!

Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is preferred
• Proven track record of winning
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Intrinsically driven to be successful
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
