We are seeking an LPN/RN IN Waynesville NC ** $40+/HOUR - ASAP START ON PER DIEM SHIFTS **to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care. All shift hours are available! Nurses will work flexible schedules while delivering compassionate and professional nursing services in various facility settings. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician. Monitor and document changes in resident conditions. Communicate with physicians, families, and facility staff as needed. Supervise CNAs and other support staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Follow infection control and HIPAA regulations. Participate in resident assessments and care planning. Respond quickly to emergency situations. Qualifications: Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina. Current CPR or BLS certification. At least one year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred). Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Dependable, professional, and flexible. Able to work independently and follow facility protocols.
