Manage with Strategic Vision: Translate financial metrics into smart operational decisions, balancing budget goals with top-tier service delivery. Requirements What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in human services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Operational Expertise: Proven background in budget management, staff development, and quality compliance preferred. Community Builder: Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills to connect with families, state officials, and community leaders.
