Location: Chicago, IL (on a hybrid work model going into the office 3 days/week)

Salary: Up to 70K Base

Position summary:

(2 open positions) The Billing Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and adequately-detailed client billing by supporting assigned attorneys with client accounts. They are looking for someone who has experience with system updates, improving processes, and providing innovative ideas. This is a hands-on position that involves working independently and proactively on all aspects of the day-to-day billing with all offices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of billing experience within a professional services or law firm environment
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Nice to Haves:

• Exposure to Elite or 3E accounting software
