This position is responsible for daily supervision of cleaning and assists in administration of Housekeeping services in safe and efficient manner.\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_**Performance Expectations:**1. Supervise the housekeeping staff2. Break out the house and provide team with daily assignments3. Evaluate the staff’s job performance and coach and counsel as necessary.4. Clearly communicate the standards of performance and ensure all required training occurs.5. Perform and supervise the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house.6. Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards.7. Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory.8. Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room.9. Report any items in need of repair.10.
