Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an adult ICU setting with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1
• Deliver high-acuity critical care nursing within a Teaching Hospital and Trauma Level I Facility
• Float to other units as required within the facility
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Adhere to every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Ability to float within the facility as needed
• Completion of a Pass/Fail clinical exam required for clearance (3 attempts maximum)
• PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required; must be completed within 12 months of start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Critical Care Float Pool setting
• Prior experience in a Teaching Hospital or Trauma Level I environment
