Sr Global Product Manager - Single-use Mixing Solutions

Senior Global Product Manager role at Cytiva (Danaher) overseeing single-use mixing solutions strategy, portfolio management, and new product introduction. Guides cross-functional teams to drive product roadmaps, market positioning, and revenue growth for biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategies and roadmaps identifying market opportunities and competitive positioning
Create and maintain business portfolio plans prioritizing customer segments and new product introductions
Provide input on product concepts through business cases and prototype development
Set annual direction for pricing, promotion, quality and drive product marketing campaign integration
Track sales growth, margins and supply issues while gathering customer feedback and market data

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in bioscience, engineering, marketing, business, or related life science field
8+ years product management, product marketing, or product development experience
Biopharmaceutical development and R&D industry background
Deep expertise in product management, market analysis, NPI processes, and lifecycle management
Technical acumen in life sciences products and industry
Ability to travel over 40%

Compensation: $135,000-$170,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
