Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is very helpful to your success at this job. Requirements / Responsibilities Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in a high‑volume fast‑paced restaurant. Offering the team encouragement to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals. Providing an immediate and respectful response to guests’ needs. Assisting in the training of new hires, setting the tone for a shift, and acting as a role model for the team. Being a friendly encouraging team player. Opening and/or closing, leading shifts, and acting as a key holder. Counting drawers and finalizing the day’s financials. Exhibiting excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
