Cameron Welding, a leading provider of industrial gases and welding supplies in Southern California, is seeking a sales professional to join their team as an Outside Sales Professional in Stanton and Fontana, CA .

If you have at least 5 years of outside sales experience , Cameron Welding wants to hear from you!

Minimum requirements:

• High School diploma or GED 
• At least 5 years of outside/B2B sales experience 
• Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Welding equipment and gas experience 
• Clean driving record

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required

Essential duties/responsibilities:  

• Develops new business and maintain existing business by building and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with customers and prospects 
• Cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targets 
• Responsible for gross profit improvement 
• Plans and organizes activities and resources so that sales goals are consistently met or exceeded 
• Prepares and executes Business Plan for targeted customer segments 
• Secures long term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements 
• Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data 
• Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads 
• Conducts competitive intelligence 
• Demonstrates products to new account customers 
• Manages territory budget 
• Other duties as assigned
