Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with minimal physical demands? Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are constructed to provide steady miles while ensuring you maintain quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home as long as there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: We primarily manage dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. This results in minimal physical effort, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $900 and $1,200 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy and layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, plus an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for maintaining an accident-free record.

Running Area: Our routes cover the Midwest, including Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
