Amphibious Ship Design Data Environment Analyst

Overview R&P is looking for an individual who wants to join our team. We are a small‑sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a program analyst ready to join a fast‑paced and exciting work environment. Responsibilities Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior program office personnel. Provide detail‑oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. Support efforts to facilitate and provide required technical information to IPTs, off‑sites, working groups, and audit teams. Maintain all working documents and store all program deliverables on a PMS377 Amphibious exchange/Integrated Development Environment (IDE) or an approved SharePoint. Support in the day‑to‑day operation, general support, development, maintenance, and administrative support to the Program Office’s approved SharePoint/IDE (PMS377 Amphibious eXchange or equivalent). Assist in the creation and maintenance of a searchable electronic inventory of all design documentation produced under this Task Order and utilized by the design team and PMS377. Maintain historical electronic documentation using Project Management System - PMS377 Amphibious exchange or approved IDE. Archive and store hard copies of historical documentation, along with all other records as required. Receive, log, track, and store classified documents, in accordance with applicable regulations. Provide comprehensive, detailed, and timely communications and reports to all stakeholders. Support various administrative tasks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in a related field. Should have strong computer and analytical skills. Must be able to work with various teams. Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
