Daycare Teacher Position

Visions of Victory Daycare

We are seeking caring, dependable, and energetic daycare teachers to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children throughout the day
• Implement age-appropriate activities and routines
• Support the Abeka curriculum beginning at age two
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Assist with meals, rest periods, diapering, toileting, and personal care
• Complete attendance, classroom, and incident documentation
• Follow Virginia childcare licensing requirements
• Support the Christian mission of Visions of Victory Daycare

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Childcare or classroom experience preferred
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills
• Ability to complete required background checks
• Ability to meet Virginia training requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Dependability and consistent attendance

Schedule: Opening, daytime, and closing shifts may be available
Employment: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
