Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an established behavioral health organization in Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA with 2–3+ years of ABA experience who is comfortable supervising and supporting RBTs, including newer team members. The organization values collaboration, strong culture, and a team-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Support newer team members and help build clinical confidence
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
Key Skills
- ABA experience

Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- 2–3+ years of ABA experience preferred
- Previous RBT supervision experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Open to an established clinical approach and continued training
This is an on-site BCBA opportunity in Ohio for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
