Registered Nurse - Cath Lab - Days

Role Staff Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, technical environment. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise assigned staff, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. Communicate clearly, build relationships, and promote continuous improvement in patient experience. Maintain accurate documentation, administer medications and IVs safely, and support patient education. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), valid Texas RN license, Basic Life Support certification, minimum 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency, and knowledge of hospital policies and care standards. Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively within a team. Key Duties Adhere to hospital standards, communicate effectively, assume responsibility for professional growth, and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Take initiative, evaluate patient understanding, and deliver age-specific care as needed. Work Environment Indoor setting with physical demands including standing, moving, bending, and handling materials. Exposure to blood, body fluids, skin, and allergic irritants.
