Frontmatec is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to support internal and external customers with Frontmatec equipment in the Kansas City area. You will diagnose issues, coordinate resolutions, and help keep downtime to a minimum. Responsibilities include 24/7 customer support, startups or upgrades, and collaboration with installation, QA, and engineering teams on automation projects.
