Outside Sales Representative
Insight Global
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory selling industrial safety and labeling solutions into manufacturing and warehouse environments. This is a relationship-focused sales role where you’ll work closely with existing customers while also driving new business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow an assigned territory
- Prospect and build new client relationships through field activity
- Meet customers on-site to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Run your own sales pipeline, forecasting, and strategy
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of outside/field sales experience
- Proven success in relationship-based, consultative selling
- Experience working with manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or similar customers is a strong plus
- Ability to independently manage a territory and sales goals
- Strong organization and pipeline management skills
