Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist / SLP Virtual Meet and Greet

Position Summary We are seeking outpatient pediatric clinicians in Virginia, New Jersey, and North Carolina. In this role, you will work with children from birth to age 21, providing individualized one‑to‑one therapeutic care and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to translate skills into daily life. Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or applied behavior analysis services to pediatric patients. Develop and implement customized care plans and monitor progress. Educate parents and caregivers on treatment exercises and home strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes. Participate in mentorship and continuous professional development programs. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech‑Language Pathologist, or ABA provider (state licensure). Experience or interest in treating pediatric populations; new graduate candidates are welcome. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
