Join a global engineering team building advanced electromechanical and intelligent video systems used across critical infrastructure and smart-city environments. You'll design next-generation moving-camera hardware and complex mechanical assemblies that demand precision, reliability, and real-world performance.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Support mechanical and electromechanical subsystem design from concept through production.
• Develop architectures balancing performance, cost, reliability, and time-to-market.
• Drive technical execution within small engineering teams and participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
• Support lifecycle management, cost-down efforts, and field issue investigations.
• Design, model, and validate assemblies, enclosures, mechanisms, and thermal/structural solutions.
• Partner with global suppliers on tooling, DFM, and process validation.
• Ensure designs meet global compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor early-career engineers and collaborate cross-functionally for system-level integration.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of electromechanical product development with released products.
• Experience designing mechatronic systems integrating mechanical and electronic hardware.
• Strong communication and ability to guide junior engineers.

Preferred Qualifications (Broad & Flexible)

Experience in any of the following is valued:

CAD tools, simulation, GD&T, ruggedized design, multi-material design, enclosure/PCBA packaging, optics, prototyping, mechanism design, thermal management, compliance, or modern engineering/AI-assisted workflows.
