South Dakota Licensed Insurance Specialist

Seeking a South Dakota Licensed Insurance Specialist, the full-time remote Insurance Account Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, support senior specialists, and collaborate with offshore teams while processing routine insurance tasks and adhering to established guidelines. Key responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System Support senior specialists and account managers by proactively processing service-related issues Collaborate with offshore service delivery teams on client work and provide feedback to enhance service quality Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Current Property and Casualty License required 2+ years of insurance experience (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.) required Professional customer service and/or processing experience required Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
