Job Summary We’re looking for sales‑driven, experienced licensed sales professionals to join our next classes of Sales Consultants beginning in Summer 2026. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and positively promote Farmers insurance products. Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products. Make outbound calls to optimize sales potential. Generate quotes, bind business, and manage cross‑sell opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships. Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers. Achieve and exceed sales quotas, metrics, and goals. Maintain accurate and complete documentation in the call center system. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment. Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics, and goals. Drive to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Desire for a long‑term career within the insurance industry. Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks. Direct sales skills and aptitude to influence customers and close sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt the communication style to each phone call. Active P&C or Personal Lines license with strong desire for call‑center experience selling policies over the phone. Experience Requirements P&C/Personal Lines license required. Experience in property & casualty insurance sales preferred. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; call‑center experience preferred. Direct sales skills and aptitude to influence customers and close the sale. Strong PC and software skills required. Education Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Property & Casualty insurance license required upon hire. Compensation Guaranteed annual base pay of $40,000+ based on experience. Uncapped performance‑based incentive, with average earnings up to $27,300+ annually. Top performers may earn up to $75,000+ on top of the annual base pay. Higher salary grades – Senior or Lead sales roles – starting annual base pay of $50,000+ for experienced and licensed professionals with 3+ years in a competitive call‑center environment.
