This role ensures all new hires are properly trained and that training records are accurately maintained and compliant with airline standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Conduct classroom and on‑the‑job training for all new hires Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training files, records, and certifications Ensure timely completion of all recurrent and refresher training for existing employees Keep in communication with airlines in reference to new training standards and compliance with current specifications Develop training schedules and coordinate logistics for training sessions Generate and submit training reports as requested by Station Management Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location Support a culture of compliance, safety, and professional development Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards Perform any additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States Must have a valid state‑issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking) Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, operations, or a related field Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping Intermediate/Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Working knowledge of safety and compliance requirements (OSHA, DOT, FAA) Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads/Tablets, computers, and mobile devices Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in‑person and through electronic means Pass a background check and drug screen Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal‑ as applicable) Airlines operate 24/7, so the team must be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Activity / Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Prolonged standing and walking in an indoor or outdoor environment as applicable May need to reach with arms and grasp with hands May need to push or pull May need to crawl, crouch, or work in confined tight spaces May need to bend, stretch, squat, or kneel May need to climb and work at elevated heights Exposure to moderate and at times high noise levels Exposure to biohazards and/or chemicals Exposure to outdoor elements Ability to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms Tasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands, and/or fingers Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus The pay rate listed on this post is what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position.
