Job Title Site Manager Job Description Manage day-to-day field operations on industrial construction projects from ground-up through completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders throughout construction. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of superintendent experience on industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects. Proven ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and site management procedures. Experience utilizing construction software such as Bluebeam and related project management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
