Finance Manager

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Oversee fund accounting processes and coordinate with external administrators, auditors, and tax advisors. Monitor investment performance metrics, expenses, and portfolio-related financial activities. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across departments. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Support investor reporting and assist with capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning. Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and business planning. Manage relationships with banking partners, vendors, and external stakeholders. Supervise and mentor junior finance or accounting staff as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. 5–8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment management.
