Weare looking for a hands-on property management professional with strong HUD andTax Credit experience who can balance compliance requirements, day-to-dayproperty operations, team leadership, and exceptional resident service. What You’ll Do Overseedaily property operations, including occupancy, leasing activity,collections, resident relations, and overall property performance. Leadand support the onsite team while creating a positive and professionalenvironment for employees and residents. MaintainHUD and Tax Credit/LIHTC compliance, including accurate resident files,documentation, notices, and reporting. Ensureannual and interim recertifications are completed accurately and withinrequired timelines. Partnerwith maintenance, vendors, and community partners to ensure property andresident needs are addressed promptly. Supportinspections, audits, reporting, and other operational and compliancerequirements. What We’re Looking For 5+years of Property Manager experience required. HUDand Tax Credit/LIHTC housing experience required. Strongexperience completing annual and interim recertifications and maintainingcompliant resident files. Strongleadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability tomanage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellentcustomer service, resident-relations, and written and verbal communicationskills. Ahands-on leader who takes ownership, follows through, and workscollaboratively with residents and the onsite team.
