Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and establish personalized care plans for patients with diabetes and related health issues, ensuring alignment with their medical history and dietary preferences.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in Arizona.
