TAMPA IDEALEASE is seeking a high-energy Outside Rental Salesperson to join our growing Tampa Team,  the ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and growing the Rental Truck Product Line.

Essential Functions of The Job

• Develop Leads through cold calls, telephone solicitation, and customer visits.
• Organize & Categorize information gathered into CRM (SalesForce) system daily.
• Develop and maintain a strong Pipeline focused on driving multiple product line opportunities.
• Create long-term relationships with customers to promote growth and retention.
• Support Administration group with daily rental activities as required.
• Assist with the collection of any overdue receivables.

• Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Highly thorough and dependable.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Self-Starter that can perform work independently with minimal supervision.
• Eager to learn from peers and managers.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
