Senior Living Community Sales Counselor

Lifespace Communities is seeking a Senior Living Sales Counselor to help older adults and their families find the right community and services for their needs. Build relationships with prospective residents, learn about their preferences, explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing options, and guide them through tours and the decision-making process. Manage inquiries and follow-up in the sales pipeline, coordinate with community teams, and represent Lifespace at outreach events. Bring a service-minded approach, strong communication skills, and experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or hospitality.
