Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a travel assignment in Norfolk, VA. This role involves providing high-quality Computed Tomography (CT) imaging to patients, adhering to protocol standards under the supervision of a qualified physician. Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

• Provide quality Computed Tomography (CT) Imaging to patients under the direction of a supervising physician
• Perform CT scans per established protocol with and without contrast using GE CT equipment
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures
• Operate equipment safely and ensure it is clean and operational
• Complete department documentation and maintain adequate supply inventory
• Follow radiation safety regulatory guidelines
• Administer CT Contrast per protocol

Requirements of the CT Technologist

• Valid VA license (in hand)
• Trained on GE and Epic/PACS systems
• 3 to 5 years of hospital experience performing CT scans
• Must provide two current professional references, with at least one from management level
• Must be familiar with the Sentara system if applicable
