Position : IDMC Architect

Location : Moline, IL (Onsite)

Term : W2/Full Time role

Job Description

• Integrate IDMC with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Work with data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, and cloud-based data warehouses.

• Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, security policies, and development best practices.

• Optimize data pipeline performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, business analysts, and project managers.

• Lead technical design reviews, provide architectural guidance, and mentor development teams.

• Support deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and ongoing platform improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, data engineering, or data architecture.

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) .

• Expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and cloud-based ETL/ELT development.

• Experience designing enterprise-level data integration and cloud data architectures.

• Strong knowledge of Informatica Secure Agent, connections, mappings, mapping tasks, synchronization tasks, and taskflows.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

• Experience integrating multiple data sources, enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, JSON, XML, and file-based data integration.

• Experience with data migration, data transformation, data validation, and performance tuning.

• Understanding of data security, access control, encryption, and compliance requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and data profiling.

• Familiarity with Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI).

• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), Customer 360, Supplier 360, or Product 360.

• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and metadata management.

• Experience integrating IDMC with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with DevOps, Git, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure management.

• Experience with enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.

• Informatica IDMC or related Informatica certifications are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant professional certifications and equivalent practical experience are preferred.
