Marketing Communications Business Partner

To support Commercial Services leaders, the full-time Marketing Communications People Engagement Business Partner will develop and implement integrated internal communications strategies that enhance engagement and alignment across a complex global organization. Key responsibilities: Shape and deliver communications strategies for the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership, aligning key functions around priority programs and transformation agendas Partner with various stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable communications and engagement plans Manage communication processes from planning through content development, ensuring clarity and consistency across internal channels Required qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal communications or marketing communications within a global organization At least 5 years of experience advising business leaders on communications for organizational change or enterprise priorities Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven ability to develop and execute audience-first communications across multiple channels Strong project management skills with attention to timelines and quality
