Are you ready to take on a dynamic role that involves processing a variety of vision insurance claims and ensuring compliance with insurance plan requirements? Responsibilities
- Efficiently process various vision insurance claims and adjustments.
- Review claims for completeness and compliance with business requirements.
- Coordinate and correct claim errors, maintaining the Medicare/Medicaid Pend Claims process.
- Participate in special project initiatives and maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with key customer interfaces.
Basic Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of data entry experience.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues, and maintain strong attention to details.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid business.
- Understanding of vision benefits and/or insurance industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
