This role involves traveling to new Valiant communities to ensure their seamless. The District Community Manager will serve as a vital asset in revitalizing distressed properties by implementing strategic improvements. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct property visits to assess conditions, operations, and adherence to Valiant standards. Implement and oversee the first week of community onboarding for new properties, ensuring a smooth transition. Develop and execute strategic plans for turning around distressed properties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creative and effective solutions to operational challenges. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of property conditions, progress, and action plans. Continuously monitor property performance and recommend adjustments to strategies as necessary. Facilitate regular communication with senior management on the status of properties and projects. Requirements A minimum of 4 years of experience as a property manager in the multifamily industry. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Proven track record of successfully managing and turning around underperforming properties. Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently. A creative thinker with a solution-driven approach to overcoming obstacles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members. Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various property locations.
