Responsibilities Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure smooth store operations. Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a secure work environment with PPE as required. Product Knowledge & Installation – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions; assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
