Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift/2nd shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory handling, pallet breakdown, product inspection, material movement, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and experience operating warehouse equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Break down pallets and inspect packages for accuracy and condition.
• Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory.
• Unload incoming deliveries from trucks and assist with receiving activities.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills with the ability to perform inventory counts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Sit-Down Forklift Experience required.
• Stand-Up Forklift Certification required.
• Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift and move products and materials in accordance with company safety guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and frequent equipment traffic.

Schedule

• 1st Shift/2nd shift
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
