The Customer Service and Sales Agent at Cedar Gill is responsible for meeting directly with small to medium-sized businesses to introduce and support our business solutions. This role blends consultative sales, account support, and relationship management, helping business owners improve operations through our services.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet face-to-face with small and mid-sized business owners in assigned territories
• Present our business services clearly and professionally
• Understand client goals and recommend tailored our solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support onboarding and answer service-related questions
• Assist with promotional campaigns, product rollouts, and new service launches
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Collaborate with leadership on territory growth and account strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
• One to three years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Comfortable meeting with business owners and decision makers
• Able to learn new products and services quickly

• Relationship-building and consultative selling
• Organization and time management
• Problem-solving and client support

PREFERRED SKILLS

• B2B sales or account management experience
• Closing and upselling skills
