Travel Physical Therapist

As a Florida Statewide Travel Physical Therapist, you will support Legacy clinics and senior living communities during: Assignments may range from several days to approximately 13 weeks and may be located anywhere in Florida. You may support one clinic, several clinics within a geographic market, or a new program requiring temporary clinical leadership and stabilization. What You Will Do Evaluate and treat older adults in senior living and outpatient settings Develop and implement individualized plans of care Help patients improve mobility, independence, safety, and quality of life Support clinic openings and program growth Provide continuity of care while permanent team members are recruited or return from leave Build relationships with patients, families, community leaders, and interdisciplinary teams Introduce specialized clinical, wellness, and fall-prevention programming Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Adapt quickly to different communities and clinical environments Travel Support You will be provided with a company vehicle for approved business travel throughout Florida. When assigned outside your designated home-base commuting area, you may also receive: Lodging per diem for authorized overnight assignments Meal and incidental expense per diem Company-paid fuel Tolls and parking Approved business travel expenses Per diem is paid based on the approved assignment and location. Under the standard program, the lodging allowance is paid whether you stay in a hotel, short-term rental, with family or friends, or make another personal lodging arrangement. Meal per diem is available for qualifying assignments outside the employee’s designated home-base commuting area. Regular meals associated with an employee’s ordinary home-base commute are not eligible. Your Schedule This is a full-time salaried position with an expected average of approximately 35 patient-care hours per week. Additional paid work time may include: Travel between assigned work locations Clinical documentation Orientation Assignment transitions Meetings Program development Communication with operational and clinical leadership Assignment locations and schedules are based on operational need.
