**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed information about available units and community features.
- Conduct property tours and highlight the benefits of living in our community as well as available amenities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Manage all leasing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with housing regulations and company policies.
- Analyze and understand current market trends to develop effective marketing strategies to attract potential renters.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date leasing and community database to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups with potential and current residents.
- Coordinate and assist in community events to promote tenant engagement and retention.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
