Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Discipline: Social Work Start Date: 08/24/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Submission Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of hospital Social Work experience (Required) Experience with discharge planning (Required) Experience working with diverse patient populations (Required) Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in the State of Minnesota (Required – Documentation Required) Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience (Required) Profile Requirements Complete work history (Required) Current skills checklist relevant to the specialty, completed within the last 12 months (Required) Two supervisory references with employment dates included (Required) Candidate work authorization status must be clearly documented if not eligible to work in the USA All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of candidate submission. NMH may not approve RTO requests submitted after submission.
