Dealership: L0717 DCH Toyota Scion of Oxnard DCH Toyota Scion of Oxnard Now Hiring - Lube Technician Pay: $18.00-$21.00 Per Flat Rate Hour DOE What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs Inspect vehicles for basic safety and maintenance needs Check and maintain tire pressure, battery condition, and fluid levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and equipment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate findings to service advisors and technicians Assist senior technicians as needed What You'll Bring Previous automotive experience required, 1+ Year Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical aptitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Team-oriented with a positive attitude Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Production Productivity. The average pay range for this position is $18.00-$21.00 per Flat Rate Hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
