Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Arcadia, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Nights located in the area of Arcadia. This position involves providing critical care to patients in a high-acuity environment, utilizing advanced clinical skills to support patient recovery. The shift operates from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. Job Details Position: RN ICU Nights Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: BSN degree; RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; minimum of 2 years experience in ICU; at least 1 year of travel experience; minimum of 2 years specialty ICU experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in high census and winter seasons; comfortable with limited EMR training. Responsibilities: Critical patient care, adherence to clinical protocols, maintaining safe and efficient patient environments, and performing assessments and interventions as needed. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. Schedule details: Nights, 3 shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Submission requirements: References are required upon application. Additional information: Floating to multiple units may be required. The facility has a high patient census during peak seasons.
